Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, for any reason, with no questions asked.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at nuvywear@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.

  2. We will respond with your return instructions and the appropriate drop-off address, which may vary depending on your location (UK, Spain, or Australia).

  3. Please do not ship items back before receiving these instructions, as unrequested returns may not be accepted.


Your Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of return shipment.

  • Returns sent without pre-authorization will not be accepted.


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.

  • Occasionally, we may be able to offer free exchanges for size, subject to availability—contact us to discuss.


Cancellations

  • Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, size, or variant, email us immediately after purchase.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and sent by our automated warehouse system.

  • If cancellation isn't possible, simply return the item once received, following our standard return process.


DFU (Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items)

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at nuvywear@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.

  • We'll arrange a resolution—whether that's a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Intimate/hygiene products (for sanitary reasons)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards or sale items (marked as “final sale”)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email whether your return was approved or declined.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received your refund, contact us for assistance.


Specific Information for UK, Spain, and Australia

  • UK (Great Britain): Free returns within 14 days—contact us for the local return address.

  • Spain (EU Customers): You have a 14-day cooling-off period by EU consumer law. Returns processed under our standard terms, using our regional return partner.

  • Australia: Follow the steps above. Return address will be provided upon request depending on your location.
